Since the new year is nearly upon us again...I just thought I'd ask what everyone's favorite drink is.

Mine's easy...Jack-n-Ginger.

A great little old-school drink that has been around my family for 3 generations now...it's just Jack Daniel's and Ginger Ale (preferably Vernors) on ice in a tall frosty glass.

So what's everybody else's?

Mine has to be just right. It's a cold beer that's right on the verge of freezing. The mug has to be a thick glass one, and it has to be completely frozen. Take the beer out of the freezer after five to ten minutes, and quickly but gently pour it into the mug. Watch the ice form at the bottom of the glass, then detach itself and float to the top. Yummy. Drink it all before it gets warm. My favorite is Miller Genuine Draft.

I also like tequila with salt and lime. Waaaahoooooo!!!!!

What's an Irish Car Bomb? I don't drink much, but Chevis and water is my drink of choice most of the time. Occasionally shots of Cuervo Gold which usually turns me into somebody I don't know.

White Russian, a good Scottish brown ale, or a premium Scotch with a splash of soda. Other beers as available, but I can skip most american bulk-producion brews - prefer the heartier micros.

This isn't a good topic for a alcoholic.

lets see I am a fan liquor and whiskey over beer, manly because it darn near wont freeze. I like ole number 7, crown, jim bean, george dickle, jager olympics lol, two fingers tequila

but if I am just siping I guess bacardi, kulula white russians, and if nothing else a good...sub freezing ice cold beer in a frozen glass
