They are the same as what came on my 86 trooper if that helps. The nuts have a straight round section between the wheel and the bolt shaped end. There is a washer that fits over that straight part of the nut, but not over the bolt shaped end, and then a sort of wave spring washer. The two washers fit agains the lip of the hole on the center caps somewhat loosely, and the end of the nut goes right on through to make solid contact with the wheel.
I'm trying to get some pics taken for ctmandu of my tilt column so I'll try to snap a shot of one of the lug nuts for you at the same time.
