I have just purchased a NEW, on the pallet early 80's (?) diesel motor for a Luv truck. The guy worked for Chevy and had this thing stored in his basement. This thing is brand spankin new...never had a drop of oil in it! Has injector pump etc. etc. Still factory strapped to the pallet. I'm interested in selling it - thought I'd let you guys know. I'm not set on a price yet - any offers? PM me for photos and questions. Very best, EJINPA

so on the top picture on the lower left part of the block there's a thing there that looks simular to a mech. fuel pump on a gas motor... i've never seen that "thing" before

Wow!! That's like the diesel LUV find of the century! That thing deserves to go into a fully restored LUV for sure.
