YES! Finally!
The 4-banger gave up on Valentines day on my way home from work. Drove my truck for the first time on Sat may 13th... Was way overdue!
Almost 3 months to the day. Gotta get used to the gear drive whine though kinda strange...
Me = happy :mrgreen:

now running out of gas on a fisrt drive is not all fun though. dont ask how i know. lol

what about being so excited to drive your truck you forget to check air preasure. In Bias Ply Swampers 8O
The first turn i took at high speed the sidewalls folded right over and the rims hit the pavement :lol:
Oh and the resulting fish tail forced me to counter steer almost at full lock and use 2 lanes of trafic... 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O

Now that's funny!

Reminds me of some of the stuff I've done. Like whizzing by your friends house at 2AM with your new motor, forgetting in the dark, that he only lives 4 houses from an intersection? Yeah, ugly.

Well, I gotta drive it on its first main voyage to the muffler shop :twisted: With just open headers!!!!! Still a little tone deaf :P The trip back from the muffler shop was alot better :D I to am glad the lil brown truck is back on the road, and I think it sounds good going down the road with the gear drive :twisted:
