So I have a nipple that comes off the square plunger thing on my carb, that if you put vac to it, it opens up the secondairies. It is plugged off now, but doesnt the secondairies work off internal vac from the carb? What gets hooked to this vac port????

the secondaried work off the carb. as the motor draws a certain amout of vacuum the secondaries open. thats the whole theory behind the vac secondary.

So what about the nipple thing stickin off the side? I have it plugged now, but whats it for? I R so stupeed!!!

btw you can get a spring pack for the vac secondaries its a variety pack. the lighter the spring you put in there the sooner the secondaries open. they also have a quick change kit for it so you can swap it without tools.

So my buddy Frank, just looked at it, and he is leaning towards some kinda of emissions, or somethingk it could have been hooked to like the wipers, or cruise control, something in that nature. I do need to do some research on this carb, and find out what it came off of.

is it the carb on you luv right now? do you have a pic of of?

Yes, its a holley 650 ( I think ) I dont have a pic right now, but I will get one tomarrow when I have some sun light!!!
