I went up and got that 4x4 that WheelinGuy was selling.
No engine in it right now. Will probably be putting the engine out of my 77 into it(unless I find something else). :?
And here it is at my place:

Yes that is an orange rollbar you see (I will be repainting that!! 8O ).

Is it the tires, or does that truck have a lift on it?? Anyway good score.

It does have a 3 inch body lift on it - the tires are 27 inchers.
I like the door panels too-although they are not in the best shape-but salvagable. :)

looking at the pics there is no way it's just the wheels, definately a lift job... so are you going to keep it like that, get it higher, get it lower?

Yep, it's already got a 3" body lift. I will probably go some different shackles in the back to get more lift and crank the torsion bars in front.
I am not sure what size tires that will let me use, but I was hoping for atleast 30-31". :?:

Just by looking at it you might be able to get away with 30's without having to do anything to the front. The rear looks like it would need longer shackles to have 30's fit without problems

Ya, I was just looking to put a 1.8 in it. If you know where one might be, that would be great!! 8)
I wasn't really looking forward to tearing apart a running truck anyhow!! 8O
Just let me know.

Thanks

Steve
