Well finally getting going on the rest of the truck, Its a 72 chevy luv and i've almost have had it for a year. First i sent the bed to the body shop to have the gas filler closed and have the tailgate welded and smoothed out except for the chevorlet symbol. Then I sand blasted the frame and wire wheeled all the welds,grinded off the tabs for the wires and cut the gas tank brackets off, then painted the frame. The cab is stripped competly down to metal inside and out, that will be going to the body shop in a few weeks to be resealed and primed. Not the same body shop that has been taking forever on my bed thank god. Working on getting all the parts to tub it. "Ford 9 inch,31-18.50.15 mickeythompsontires on ceterline 00convo pro 15x14, 4link and coilovers." Still undecided on the engine but most likely a high horsepower small block with a cam that'll shake the nieghbors out of bed
, exaust will be of course flowmasters. And I have been taking pics all through the build so I can get them on here when I am finished.
Going to try to get it finished in a few months so i can take it to the track, which I'm sure I'll have the only Luv around
