 Post subject: Wheel Bearing Trouble

My wheel bearing drivers side front seems to be giving me problems. I went out on me a couple months ago and now its out again. New ones are pricey so I want to make sure that I installed it right. Anyone have the same problem and have a solve? I got 31x10.50s on it and yeah I wheel it pretty hard.

Update:
Well I got it pulled apart and the washer that holds everything together sheared off and the spindle nut backed off. Fried my hub and my bearings all at once. Now I'm looking for hubs and bearings.
