From what I've heard and know I didnt think it was too bad at all but i could be wrong :)

What seems to be the problem? Does the fan come on? No heat? Leaking?
Can't switch venting locations? Give us an idea of what it is and we can better help you out...

welcome and please give us more info. There are some on here that have had lots of fun with thier heaters already and can help you get your going. It's pretty straight forward and not an overly difficult system from my dealing with it so far.
