I read that to use the hooker motor mount brackets, use 70-79 camaro mounts. when i got the hooker mounts (12606) the bolts that came with it are too short. i can use the original bolts but the mount brackets are alot wider than the hooker mounts. No instructions came with the Hooker mounts and it did not specify what mount brackets to use. (I think I read about using camaro mount brackets on this site). what did ya'll use?

I used energy suspension mounts for the motor and trans. I'll need to find the part #s for you but it can take a few days.

This is what i got in my conversion. There's a gap between the mount bracket and the motor mounts themselves (about a 1/4") The Hooker headers just clear the mounts. The bolts i got with my Hooker kit were more than long enough. Using correct length, grade 8 bolts will fit the bill.
