Here are pics of the truck rolled out of the garage.
I took these pics weeks ago, but kept forgetting and having lots on the mind will do that....lol
I haven't been able to work on the truck since then, but maybe soon.

I scoped out your website trying to see if you mentioned where the fuel cell is from, but couldn't find any reference to it other than the pics. How many gallons is it & what did it cost you?

it is a 350 .060 over block, flat top pistons w/ valve reliefs cut in. the short block is pretty much stock. GM performance aluminum heads.

thanks for the compliments guys!

What rate of spring did you end up with on those coil overs? Looks like theyre holdin the front end up pretty good. Like how you mounted the cell. Wanted to do that, but am too lazy to remove the box.

Im pretty sure I went with the 350lb spring.
I won't know how it rides until it gets on the road...(if it ever does) I have it sitting on the bump stops right now, so I dunno if I will know how it rides until I raise it up a little bit.....I prolly won't though. I like it low. :D

LOL@ lazy to remove the box..... I know all about that!!!!

Cool truck :D
That fuel cell setup looks just like mine, I've got a 15gal cell behind the
axle too. How are you puttin gas in it with the bed on the truck?
do you have a gas filler/cap in the bed or on the driver bed side?

Sweet truck! So is using an S10 rearend the way everyone is doing it now? Was there a difference in overall width from the stock rearend? Yeah, I agree about the cell...nice placement!

there will be a hole in the bed. I am wanting to make or purchase a filler neck for the cell, so no dirt from underneith will get in the cell.

The only reason I have an S10 rear is because I broke my stocker about 10 years ago. S10 rears were a dime a dozen and it fit perfectly.
It took all the abuse of the V6.....wonder how long it can take a V8  heh heh..... I am guessing as long as it spins and doesn't hook I won't have any problems, but if it hooks....im sure it will explode.

Geeze dude, makes mine look like squat..... I too wanted to put my cell in behind the axle, but my exaust was too expensive to re-run for a cell, so its gotta stay in the bed.....
