I would like to do a convertible conversion on my luv, but I think I want to be able to throw the top in back, living in Washington, it's imperative to be able to put that top on while you're out on the road. :)
Bench seat in the back... Man that really would be the "Japanese sex truck" (as I heard an old gray haired gear head say the other day when I was talking about my luv)

I live in oregon near Salem and I'm just gonna carry or have a bikini top for it. The bench seat in the back is really small it fits between the fenderwells. Its a little two spot bench seat. When I get pics of the interior I will post them somehow

I know a guy in clearlake WA that has a convertible luv sitting in his yard im sure he wouldnt mind selling. its got nothing but the body its pretty rough but it also has the fenders welded to the hood so they all go up when you pop the hood its got mounts for a v8 and a heavier rear end. but the top comes off and on like t-tops pretty cool design just sitting there though haha.

Well guys I'm finally back with some important info on this rare little luv. It was converted in 1979 by a company called Trail Wagons Inc out of yakima washington and they are still in business. It is called a Blazette and the serial # is L698. I will post more pics and info within the next week or so when I get it finally outta storage and to my house. Hopefully someone out there might be able to help me with more info about it now that I was able to figure out who created it.

Don't really care for the the looks of the top, but the cool factor on this thing is through the friggin roof! Super cool truck! Possibly the ONLY survivor! More pic more pics! Thanks for sharing! Apparently there were a few companies doing custom conversions there were also the conversion one ton style Daulie the can am style and the street cruiser. What else is out there?

I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me find some aftermarket stuff for my blazette. I'm looking for stuff like pre runner bumpers, skid plates, suspension upgrades, possibly lockers both front and rear, rear spring over kit, motor performance parts and stuff like that. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'm hopefully gonna turn my unique little baby into a desert prerunner style truck. Thank you in advance for any info you can give me.
