been building over the past 8 months here some pics wat u reckon lot more mods to come 8)
before

lowered to bumpstops
Image
5 stud conversion(ford) put a lux diff and three inch lowered kings under the ass and put a set of hilux stubs up front just re reamed the bottoms and re drilled hole for the luv steering arms to fit
Image
gutted it
Image
shaved the scuttle panel
Image
did all the floor rust and rebuilt the sills which were rusted out and lowered them 2inchs
Image
kept doin all the rust repairs then gutted all the old dash
Image
filled the old air flow holes under scuttle panel
Image
weld the new dash in (still got to do the face)
Image
paintstriped bit by bit and sprayed black etch over then 1pc glass conversion
Image
bye bye handles and mirrors
Image
manual poppers
Image
mounted the front sheetmetal back on and got the sills finished(high because no motor in it)

Image
cut and shut a hilux bumper and valance to fit goin to weld bumper and valance together and smooth it

finished all the door jams
Image
trimed bottom of guards to match lux bar(looked shithouse seen the bottoms in front wheel archers)

that was a while ago since then i have reloacted the fuel tank to the behind diff tubbed all the front, single headlight conversion and smoothed firewall of holes and put it all into a black etch i will keep u's updated

new single headlight front still to be finished also making a billet grill for front

thanks for all ur kind words, i have always loved mini trucks and something about chevy luv's i really like as i guess all do u :lol:

budbando i've only done the top of dash so far still got to finish it but will be pretty crazy once done :D i will post pics of it once i've finished

I like what you did with the front bumper / chin spoiler. What vehicle did that come off of?

(yeah I know.... dredging up a 7 year old thread! But I need bumper ideas...)
