Hard to see but I mostly see just chalky white/brown which is fairly normal, you just have a lot of it. Maybe a little oily soot but not bad. I'd get a new set of plugs though, cheap and easy and then you known they are not fouled with any of that at all. Keep the cleaned up set as a spare.
