Was cleaning my egr valve out with a little drill. Wanted to get it good. So went a bit bigger. And bored the port too much. Am I doomed? Did I screw the pooch ?

Make a new restricted orifice out of some rod material and insert it into the hose.

If that is where the vacuum line attaches to the unit no problem. If it is an exhaust flow port then the size is important.

If you know what the original size was just fill it with epoxy amd drill a new hole. As I said before if it is a vacuum line connection only, you don't have a problem anyway. Vacuum is sent there to open the valve under certain conditions. The exhaust flow amount is determined by a port inside the valve itself.
