AAP has been able to order at least a kit for my 77. Try www.rockauto.com I have found the hydraulic clutch to be troublesome. I have even studied converting to mechanical.

Well, with a 180 degree thermostat in it, it should not get too far above 180. If the cooling system is in top notch shape, it should only get to 180.

The C is charge. Be attentive to it. Unless the alternator is working, the fuel pump quits. The O is oil pressure.

There is a oil pressure sending unit on the right lower side of the block. Check it and the wire that is hooked to it,

Do you have a repair manual? If not, get one asap.
