Stupid question, my truck is running 70 Psi cold but quickly goes down to 45-50 psi when it warms. Does anybody know what the factory oil pressure specs are.

I don't know the factory specs, but out on the highway running 70, mine holds 60 psi.

mine at idle holds just a hair below 20 at 700 rpm when at 170 degrees.... anybody else like this?

Spec is 57lbs warmed up and cruising say 3000 rpm. Anything above 10lbs at idle is fine, the oil warning light will come on at about 7lbs or less.

I was always told most engines are fine with 10 PSI per 1000 RPM. However, I like to see it about 20PSI at idle.
