Can you hear the blower motor operating or when you turn on the switch does nothing happen? Need a bit more info. If the motor is operating check your control valve for operation... heat/cool, floor/defrost, (whatever the terminology is for the control valve) but regardless if the motor is working you should feel air if the ducts are connected.

Before you start replacing switches and motors check fuses, if they are good check the connections of the fuse box and the rivets of the fuse box mounts to make sure they aren't corroded. Check wiring to make sure nothing is cut, pinched, broken, loose or anything else. THere are all kinds of electrical gremilins with these rigs. If you have a test light check for power at the switch and if you have it check for power at the motor with the switch on. As far as finding parts, check the parts stores...they do still have alot of parts for these rigs and also check for isuzu of a close year. Some parts interchange.
