title says it all. what can be expected of a luv with say 350-450hp 4.11 gears th350 stage 2 or 3 shift kit and street drag radials in the 1/4 assuming you can get a decent launch?

Wow, when you said "mild" and then followed that up with 450HP, I realized I'm completely out of touch with the racing scene.

Haha sorry guys I guess I've been in the mud scene to long. For the mud trucks we race 450 is mild. I guess for a luv it would be wild. And its all motor no power adders

Mines a mild 383 flat tappet motor. It runs 11.20s on motor and 10.20s on a 100shot. I mostly run the 1/8 tho......

Well that's good. It's a grudge match against my buddys c10 with a blown 350. He only turns low 13's. If I cab best him ill be happy

Man I would have to dig out some time slips but around 94-96 mph in the 1/8 and 122-124 in the 1/4...IIRC

I've got a mild 565ci (pump gas, hyd cam) that runs 10.0 - 9.9s. @ 131 mph. Same truck with a stock 454 ran 11.85s @ 112mph. Take advantage of the weight. Traction, gearing and leaving the line HARD is were a light vehicle can be surprisingly quick when out gunned in HP.
