Picked up a 1980 4x4 luv for my son. It has a bad head gasket. I have never done a head gasket before. I would like to do it myself and learn. Should it be at top dead center before removing head? Should I have the head hot tanked? Should I have a valve job done at the same time? Any help would be nice.
