Since all of the cruise nights are over here I tore my LUV apart today. When I got Ben's old truck I got the Hooker Super Comp headers, those are getting test fitted and if all is OK then off to get them coated and installed. I also bought Wicked Mayhems hubs, those are being installed to suck in my front tires some. The last thing, NOS. Hope to have her going again by Nov.1

Not even close to being out of control, I was looking at my bumpers and might pull them to get re-chromed. I have also been looking at a new trans with a brake.

Take your time, I have a ton of work left, I did decide to pull the trans for a Glide with a trans brake. I am also leaning on building a 454 small block engine for it. This is the first time in 3 years that I have really worked on upgrading anything, may as well do it all why I have the money and before the child arrives. :D .

It only needed the wheels sucked in. The rest was fine. Don't mess my future truck up too much. I need it to be a semi daily driver. :D

Wait a minute I thought that having kids costs you money not finances your truck rebuild.

In all seriousness, very excited to see the end results.

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

All this goes to show how far out of touch I am...I thought it was fine the way it was. Can't wait to see it when it's done.

Looks like this weekend I am pulling the motor to install headers. Also need to install the NOS kit as well. Thinking of a way to install a fan on the water pump without anymore triming to the core support. This should be a fun weekend, anyone willing to come over and supervise, I have a ton of beer and I dont drink.
