took some more stuff off the firewall, and took out pretty much all wiring from dash. i left some wires coming off the brake light switch, out of the column, off wiper motor. not sure what im gonna need/want to use to tie into the new harness. also took apart an extra door and took all the parts out of it in case i need anything.

well i found another luv truck. going to look at it tomorrow. only wants 200 for it. he says it has the typical rust, but the bedsides are in good shape and the bedfloor has holes in it from being cut. has a dana rear end under it as well. so as long as the bedsides are actually in good shape, im going to buy it for the bed and rear end. maybe cut the passenger rocker off if its in good shape, and whatever else i need/can sell for moneys. then put my old parts on it and send it off to the junk yard.

After looking over the good looking work your dad is doing may i suggest that you use the pre 87 Trooper rotors as they are vented and half the weight of the stock Luv rotors.I your dad can make these hubs at a good market price and using the Trooper rotors i would venture to say you have a way to off set some of your build costs and i even might be interested to.
