the egr valve is located on the under side of your intake manifold. there is a pipe running from the exhaust manifold along the fire wall and into the bottom of your intake manifold. it connects in underneath. you may have just broken off a vacuum control or valve. there are several in different places around the engine compartment. your vacuum line diagram is on the hood. also, do a search for vacuum lines and look at the pics in this forum and you'll find what you need. good luck!

Is it for the egr or vac. advance? There is a vac. switch that screws into the front of the intake manifold.

Basically all it does is keep the EGR from opening when the engine is cold, I never ran mine I just hooked up the vac straight to the EGR.
