in a program called photo shop.. how to do is hard to explain but with practice you can figure it out ... i am still a novice at this myself , mine are nothing compared to what i have seen...
here is one more it was lime green so i changed color and chopped it way way down and put different wheels on it and lowered it also... somthing to just kill time

I've tried a few times, playing with paint schemes. But could rarely get it done without looking like the truck was one solid color, no shading etc. Usualy ran outta patience. But I can clonebrush like a madman

Think I'll stick to Networking & VOIP. :)

I actually like the lime green or bright yellow on one. The little trucks look really good in a bright color although mine is going to be white with red and blues stripes.

8O Well I guess it is over the statue of limitations for theft since my truck was painted almost 20 years ago! :D

So here is a recent one I did. Top pic: 15" chrome smoothie rims up front, 16" rims in rear, with bigger tires in rear and a rake. Bottom: LED tail lamps, rear bumper, vanity plate, and anagram on tailgate.

I have Adobe Photoshop 5.5 on a work computer. That's an old version. A new version costs a lot of money these days, so aside from an unregistered copy (which of course is illegal) why don't you check out some of the free options. Some open source software is very functional and many software engineers pride themselves on writing very good software and releasing it for free. Take a look at

http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/pixelb ... otoedw.htm

and pick one. Let us know how you do!
