I have an Isuzu pup diesel motor with an auto tranny but I'm missing the tranny yoke. I have heard they are the same as the Luv ones. I also heard the auto yokes are different than the manyal tranny yokes.

I believe it's early to mid 80's.

Does anybody know and does anybody have one?

Thanks.

B

There's a gentleman on the IsuzuPup.com forum (JLEMOND) who is retired from Isuzu. Besides being a wizard, guru, sensei, and all-around nice guy, he keeps a stash of NEW factory parts. He just got three of these in from Japan. Unfortunately, they're kinda pricey, around $100. I'm pretty sure that's what you need.

The other option is to remove one from an '81-'87 automatic Isuzu P'up, or '88-'94 automatic Isuzu pickup. Those had the right spline count and the right U-joint. The '86-'94 5-speeds had the right spline count--but wrong U-joint.

The ujoint isn't a concern to me. Just the spline count. I'll have to adapt a ujoint anyway for my application. I was unaware any manual yoke would work at all. Thats good news. Also, $100.00 isn't too much from where I sit right now.

Thanks. If you have any more good news please keep me posted.

Thanks.
