This swap was done under the old laws. older motor is ok but it still has to have the smog equipment it had in 1969.
You should be able to put a thermostatic air cleaner and pcv on it and take it to any smog station for inspection. I dont believe they hook it up.
My BAR label says 1964 327 with an X in the pcv box. the referee says i dont care if it has a blower on it, as long as its a 327 (wink wink) with a pcv valve hooked up.
so basically as long as it has a small block and the parts marked on the BAR tag take it to any smog station.
Call the referree if you have any questions. they're the ones that issued that tag.
