The truck that I am going to describe was my first car and I built it in high school. I joined the Marine Corps after school and was soon sent to North Carolina. I took my truck on a trailer with me. I found my self in the Persian Gulf War soon after I arrived in North Carolina. My truck has been missing since. I have few pics of it and I am not sure if it even exists. If you have any info contact Keith at 951-452-2410. I built A V-8 LUV in 1984. It was a 1976 Mikado. The truck was black cherry. The radiator was in the bed, it had a large etching in the back window of a Chevy symbol and it said "LUV" in the middle. All the bed hooks were cut off and all the marker lights were filled in. I had a Dana 44 and a turbo 350 hooked up to a 327 that was 60 over. The interior was crush velvet maroon. Had an automatic shifter. It also had gold rims.
