 Post subject: hooker motor mounts

HI ya'll. I was looking on the jegs web site at hooker motor mounts for luvs(kit 520-12606) and the pic look different than the ones in the info section on here. The ones i found look like the bolt in but i'm not sure how. Could the pic be wrong?

The hookers bolt in and then you have them welded to the frame for strenght. They set on the frame and have a notch on them were they mount.

yes they have changed the mount,i just looked them up and it's not the same. i wonder how these mount up?

after some looking into jegs has the wrong picture with the part number, go to summit and look at p/n HOK-12606HKR that is the same mount. looks like jegs need to fix the picture.

Oh you could bolt it on I suppose if you drill though the frame from the side.. Don't think you could get both from the side and top. Youi might use a large self tapping from the top along with a all the way through side bolt.
I would recommend welding it though.
