I would guess they are aftermarket. As far as I know, even the special "Mikado" trucks had run-of-the-mill rims with larger nicer hubcaps.

I am not sure about that, I think they might have been an option. I remember in the early 80's seeing a lot of LUV's with those white heart holed rims! Too many bone stock trucks with the same rims. I thought they were kind of cheesy, but you have to remember, it was the 70's!

oh yeah... i wasnt even bron yet- i was born in 85 long past the days of mass LUV Producing. i was born in sept- and so was my luv- she trurned 25 this yr and im 17.

one other thing- im getting another project- a 79 or 80 jeep cj-7, i think ill have enough cash to do the whole thing but if i dont guess what!

ive never dreamed of the day i should sell my luv but life must go on. if i do sell it I WILL make sure it gets a good home and not someone who will let it rust to peices :)

put an X on the Cj- the guy kinda said he'd feel bad to sell it to a kid like me because it needs alot of work and alot of Cash- so i acceped his comment and thanked him for not sticking me with, as we say on my baseball team- "in the bottom of the ninth with two outs and bases loaded behind by 1 and me up to bat" so im still on the hunt for a winter beater-
