took the old crappy dash pad off and put sum black stuff that i got for free so what the hell i like it better than what i had i still got more work to do this is the start

Very socal '70's...reminds me of trips to Tijuana as a kid, where I got to see my first REAL lowriders and Mexican taxi's...and that's intended as a compliment. I was inspired by what cool cars these guys had when they obviously had so little to begin with.

Not sure I'd do it to my truck, but I like it ... 8)

just for the fun of it i really wont to shave it but that was free and i am low on $ so i just put it on for now i am a metal man by trade so i don't know how long it will be on there free is free i now can do more to the truck like the bed (tilt it)and shave it :lol: :wink:

On my other computer I had custom dash info. Shaping, cutting and that stuff. It would be hard to find, but the info is out there. Shag died in the 70's :oops:

yes but i got a crap load of it for 15 bucks and the old dash was crap so this was easy and faster i am going to do the hole inside with it i think it is time we bring some of the old stuff back :ebiggrin

Just for everyones info, shag is making a comeback for real. I think this stuff is great. I had a 78 dodge van with the whole interior in red, AWesome. You betcha go for it. Might even do the top of mine in it.
