I have a 78 , with a stock allegedly 4.56 rear end. I have someone who can give me a 4.10 rearend which would help with the cruise speed. How hard is it to swap that out? Never played with a rear end before.

How hard is it to find the corresponding speedo gear?

Read through some of these and most,if not all of your questions will be answered.

Make sure what you have first. Stock rear end for a 78 was 4.10 ratio.
