No thanks Ctmandu, my carb seems fine and I got my fingers crossed it will pass smog.

Ben, it is easy. Hell my wife built the engine with me reading off the book instructions. There is nothing to these 4 cyl engines.

I am still working on the pic's. The truck is registered, smogged and on the streets. It likes cruising at 75 on the freeway. I took it for a 100 mile round trip on the freeway today. The mechanical is done, now if we keep it, it is time for the body work. If someone came around with the right amount of money we would it go.

Great job to both of you!

My other half has been helping me work on my motorhome, her car and my truck lately, and is actually kinda likin' it.

I had mixed feelngs about having a female's hands in my tool box...but so far it's been a pretty much drama-free situation.

The truck looks damn good...you maybe oughta just keep it around.

I don't know about that. We have been shopping for a Ferarri. We hope to find one by the end of summer.

Also was thinking if you want to take a drive you can get on the I-5 head south to Tustin and take the 55 south go a few miles and on the left there is a dealer (you can see from the freeway) that sells Lamborghini and Ferrari , me and my friend used to detail his cars… He had Coby’s lambo there the only auto lombo ever made he said because Coby cant drive stick, anyway if you get back on the 55 and go to 101 PCH take a left there are a few more dealers there in Newport.. I was looking at a 72 yellow dino he had (my favorite Ferrari) but that’s when our partner embezzled from us and we lost everything so now days I just get by but that’s cool... I will see if my friend can find one, we detailed lots of nice ferrari's
