any before i break anything would be appreciated- :D So far all parts are cleaned, im waiting on rings to come in. Im replaceing main, and rod bearings, rings, timing components, and probobly valve guides. My compression before I started was at 90 all the way across, so im hopin to re-spark my luv. thanks, also whats the best way to break er in. thanks.

Two words

Go Slow

Make sure everything is right and double check.

Dont know about 4 bangers but chevy v8 run at 2000 grand for about 20-30 minutes and your ready to go.
