It will definitely keep the electrics clean, dry and servicable. And in his case of it being a 4x4, It's a very smart way to go with little money. A street rod most likely wouldn't go this route because of apperance but a 4 wheeler would jump on it because it will do the job.

thats one thing you street guys have to remeber. The off road crowd will go for something that will work well and will be easy and cheap to replace, becouse belive me some guys can break anything. 8O
