Found a couple of Luvs in a junk yard one with two headlights, one with four. My question is, I have a 79, I was pretty sure that the one with two headlights all of the front tin would interchange but what about the one with four headlights? I was thinking maybe a hood, a front fender, and maybe a grill. I know the grill wont interchange though. Thanks in advance

Hood will change for sure. There is a trim piece that is supposed to be stuck on the bottom of 78 and up hoods, but you wouldn't notice if it wasn't there.

Fenders will bolt up. There might be a slight difference where the valance filler panel bolts to them (little bit of sheet metal that goes across front behind the bumper) if you get ones from a 75 and older, but nothing a couple of minutes with a drill wouldn't fix.

You can convert from 2 light to 4 light if you take the grill, headlight trim, headlight buckets/brackets, and the chunk of wiring with two bulb connectors from each side. You have to put spade connectors on the four light wiring and then plug it into the connectors on the truck, but that is about as complicated as it gets. My 79 4x4 is setup like this now and it looks pretty good.

There are two years for changes on the front of LUVs. 76 gave us the wide bumper and just a tiny filler panel instead of the narrow bumper and wide valance under/behind it of earlier trucks. 78 gave us 2 head lights instead of 4. 76-80 the sheet metal is all exactly the same, with perhaps a couple of new holes added for the 2 light setup.
