If you have an 81-82 style luv, I think an isuzu on might work, if it is the 72-80 body style, well I think you might have to have that one fabricated. I have been trying to figure out how to do one also but cant figure out how to make the headlight surrounds look right, I know TRENZ will custom make billet stuff but it is a minimun $300.
But I just did think of a sweet looking way to do it.

Had to have mine made by a sheet metal fabricator. Took him less than a day to do it.

I know that you can get rollpans for the 78 silverado stepsides. I have a 73 stepside on my 71 Chevy C-10. I have seen rollpans for those in different magazines, so if you do some looking I don't think it will be to hard to find one. Also post some pics. I'd like to see what it looks like narrowed.

as soon as i can get to my truck i will take some pics but there is some bad blood where it sits right now. gotta let things cool down a little ya know. the bed looks a little weird at first but then it really grows on you. i have a person that could prob do the grille for me but it will be exp. and i have no way of making money at the time. im only a 17 year old kid who cant work sat. because of my racing, but oh well.

itd be hard to fab a grille for a 72-80 luv, cause the front of the grille isnt in a straight line... it sticks out a few inches in the center, so youd have to cut all the grille plates or whatever to follow the contour of the hood.

I had a 72 LUV back in the day...(1987,88,89, sold it in 1992)
I had the Chrome grill with the quad square headlights. I have Pictures of it somewhere on one of my dinosaur hardrives. It was a show piece.
I remember a little bit of how the grill was made. I was all 1/2 inch square tubing, the top run was I think 2 tubes, bent in the center to match the contour of the front end, and ran from the hoods left corner edge to the hoods right corner edge. The bottom tube did the same but was on the bottom. There was a flat 1/16 thick plate that held the headlights in a metal Tub with the headlight aimers. The corners of the grill were the same thickness sheet metal, bent to cover where the old headlight plastic cover use to hide, and it had rubber channel over its edges to keep it from scratching the paint. I wish I could remember where I got it from cause I want another one since i have another Luv sitting in my garage.
If I can't find one i may just have to build one myself.
