it is rough but it is running pretty good.

9.31 @ 75.8 mph
2.14 60'

with a stock chevy 350.. and 3.42 gears with a victor jr intake and 750 carb. the single plane intake is killing the bottom end

here are the current motor specs as of this past weekend

350 standard bore
factory cast pistons (not sure of dish size but they are factory)
comp cams xe268
factory 76cc heads (low compression stinks)
victor jr intake
holley 3310 750cfm carb
factory exaust manifolds
flow master 40 series mufflers

rear is a 8.5 10 bolt out of a chevelle with 3.42 gears and a slightly worn posi unit.

the tool box actually holds a 22 gallon fuel tank from a larger truck. it will go away when i get a fuel cell.

haven't had it back to the track yet. with good 64cc heads i think the cam will be way happier. as of now it is kinda lazy till 2000 rpm and then the truck really starts pulling hard all the way to 5500-5800 rpm. i even out ran my frinds 96 mustang gt with 4.10 gears and a few bolt-ons. i am excited and really can't wait to build a 9.5:1 350 with good heads it will really be a screamer then. for the time though it is a blast to drive around town and ricer hate it because they get spanked by a little ugly truck.

here are a few pics of my baby. what do you think? they are from a tmcc race event where i got the times for the 1/8 mile.

ps thanks for all the help with her so far. you guys are great. just need to post more often it has been kinda slow lately.

That wider than stock axle really doesn't look too bad. And the truck isn't ugly.

the axel is a little wide but it will have to do till i can save up the money to cut it down. still runs like a dog off the line but at 2000 it get with the program and runs great. i will be trying a different intake very soon.

i have the drums up front. i do have all the stuff for disk brakes but i have to find a place to drill the rotors for 5 lug. damn 2 piece rotors. i did get the intake swapped this weekend and runs alot better down low. but with stock pistons and 76cc heads the compression is still a little low for the cam. oh well the 64cc heads are comming soon and should really wake up the truck. yea the honda guys are not really sure what to think. the get spanked and then have a really confused look on the face. hopefully i can get it back to the track soon and see what the cam and intake did to performance. i want to get into the 8's in the 1/8 mile. it went 9.31 @75 so i hope a 8.90 or better is in the cards next go round.
