Anyone have a roll cage in their truck? I was looking for 8 pt cage for my 72, looked at CA Chassis works, they list 76-79, anyone know if that is the same?

Dont know why it wouldnt work, the cabs from 72-80 are all the same.

That is what I thought.
I talked to CA Chassis Works, they gave me some dimensions for their cage that were bigger than the truck?
55" wide in the middle section, 54" at the bottom, and 32.5 at the top?
Weird?

Thanks, I have seen the Jegs cage kits, and the price is pretty good also.
Any suggestions on seat belts/harness? I have seats out of an 87 Accord along with the Honda seat belts but I think that with the cage I wont have room for those.

wait for the "rollbar riot" sale. you can pick up a 10 point for under $200 (but shipping is kind of expensive)

Roll Bar riot sale? when is that?
Shipping for me is 100 bucks, that kind of negates the good price.
I could probably pay a little more for the cage direct from Alston, and save a ton on shipping.

damn I think it was SW race cars that has that. it comes around every so often. check National Dragster. they have Roll Bar Riots every few months I think.
