I'm trying to do a 350 swap on my luv. It is a 4x4 and I'm wondering if it's possible that I can just pull the front axle and drive line out to make it two wheel drive? Is it that simple or am I gonna have to swap the entire front end with mustang 2 or s10?

I did it on mine years ago. Needed some rubber to put between the hub and spindle to seal water out of the wheel bearings but it wasnt to bad. I cut off 1 of the mounting ears from the center axle assembly to get it out easier

I would have to look at the parts book but I thought there was something different not allowing it.
