How hard would it be to replace the windshield and split rear window on the Luv's?? Where do I find a replacement section for Sliding rear window(mine was shot out behind driver) Where do I find lock for sliding rear window?

Check with your local auto glass shops. That is where I got my new windshield, that was about 8 years ago though. As for doing it yourself, well it might be kind of hard, the guy busted the hell out my windsheild getting out (and he warned me beforehand, it might happen due to the curve of it) , so be careful if have to take one out at a boneyard!

Well along those lines does anyone know where I might be able to find a couple of wing windows or vent windows whichever you'd like to call them. the previous owner had the truck stolen from him and the broke out the passenger vent window to gain entry. so needless to say it makes for cold winters and wet drives especially here in Washington. lol

I'll keep an eye out for you when I browse for parts (specifically wing vent windows for you) in OR & WA. I seem to be pretty mobile right now and I'm constantly seeing where I can find LUV's in wrecking yards for Future reference. I'll email you if I find anything soon... the rain look like its on its way in for the season starting next week. :)

Me and my brother pulled the windshield out of a 1980 farily easliy.. of course we buthcered the weather striping.. just got to take you time, and go real solw.....
