Anybody know of any non power racks that are a good fit for the luv? My ls swapped 80 is spooky to drive with what feels like every bushing in the steering worn out. Already replaced both tie rods its better but still bump steers and over corrects really bad.

A couple have installed racks from a Pinto but nothing is going to be bolt in, you will need some fab skills.

You can use the 74 later Pinto, Mustang ll rack. you will need to make a lower steering column support at the firewall. Shorten the stock shaft, install a Ujoint. Make a new shaft to goto the new rack between the upper and lower u joints. You may need to ad a third joint to geet around the exhaust. Use a 3/4" steering heim to support the shaft between the upper ujoints next to the lower of the two. On the end of the actual rack (bar with teeth) you will want to make a couple of extensions so as to put the inner tie rod joint on a line that runs thru the upper and lower suspension bushings. This will minimize bump steer. You may need to straighten the steering are some.
You might look into a S10 or colorado rack.
