Hey everyone. I currently own a 1987 Isuzu pup, which from my understanding is identical to a second generation luv. Anyway the truck has no front end at all and the later model parts are way harder to come by compared to the first generation luv parts. I was wondering if the first generation luv fenders would just bolt right on???
Or would the first gen s10 fenders be a direct swap???
Btw I swapped a ford 302 w/ an AOD trans into the truck, welded diff, blah blah blah it's still a work in progress

The 2nd gen LUV/Pup is a very different body style then the 1st gen. You'd have better luck with 1st gen S10 parts, but I don't think that would work/fit or look right either.

That one is news to me. Last I checked, there were still some aftermarket sources for front fenders. I'd google for them, if you're OK with aftermarket. They usually run about $75 each, plus shipping.

As for used ones, I passed up a pretty flawless set not too long ago. I got the TD engine, transmission, hood, and bed, but didn't need the fenders, and hadn't heard of anybody looking in quite a while.

Well I've looked online and found many driver side fenders. But I haven't come across any passenger side. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough... I was just hoping there was a swap I could do considering there are so many 1st gen s10s laying around where I'm at
