I can appreciate a nicely done extended cab, but the 3 axle set up does nothing for me.

I have to agree with the above. The twin rear axle seems a bit much but an extended cab would be excellent. A longbed frame would probably make a ext cab a bit easier, put a shortbed on it and you have an extra foot of frame

I cant quite tell but looks like you worked a chopped top into that too, or maybe thats just cuz its so long

I have not seen the twin rear axel in person before, not sure if I like it or not but it is your build, do it if that's what you want. I was told by some on my build no to tub it, I did and I am happy with it.
