Does anyone know if this seat cover will fit my 80 stock bench seat?

I'd like to get it in black. I'm redoing all of my interior.

I found the s10 bench seat specs, and then measured mine. They were almost exact.

You may be in luck then, only one way to findout really and it involves risking your money
As long as its not too small you can make it work by going behind and below to pull the material so it fits snug and sew it that way out of sight. Pretty much what an upholsterer would do

Is an 80 bench seat the same as a 74? I am interested in trying this!

Well I ordered one.

Fingers crossed it doesn't turn out as an expensive blunder!

I got the upholstery kit the other day and fitted it yesterday.

The backrest section was perfect. I just removed the Zipper and used C clips and C clip pliers to attach it.

The lower section was a bit more tricky and didnt come out perfect.

The S10 must have a straight edged lower seat piece. Where as the Luv lower section curves in towards the back rest. also I had to unpick some stitching to get the rear flap to strech over the pivot bar and underneath to clip on. The driver side didnt stretch as well as the passenger side so I am hoping that I can fix this on a hot day.

I also had to cut the holes for the back rest pivots.

The lower section also has flaps for the seat belts and these are not neccesary for the Luv but they arent punched through so they just look a bit wierd.
It seems as though they make the kits when you order them so it might be possible to ask for alterations.
