I am finally working on the old LUV again. After years of letting it sit I am commited to racing it next season. After 2 years I finally got my hood and bumper/spoiler done. It was a long process of making them and having a mold made so I can duplicate them any time needs be and they would also be lighter too. I am now on a weight mission so I just picked up my carbon fiber hood and bumper/spoiler for my truck today. :D

Like the post says he made the front bumper from a mold, if you look at the picture the bumper and spoiler is now one piece, looks like the stock bumper mounts will be used but since the is trying to save weight ha may elect to make new light weight mounts.

Yes I am making my own mounts out of chromoly and dzus fasteners so I can get it in the trailer. I think I am going to make a carbon fiber tail gate skin next. I would like to do doors also but that will get real expensive.

you might as well just post a price now and start taking orders,I think a lot of people would be interested in that bumper.

Nice work. What would it cost to get one of those?

I am also interested in your old hood and a bumper air dam combo.

Also are they hydrodipped ?
