Anybody else ordered from them? They were easy to get a hold of until after I ordered. They said it shipped on Feb 19th and still have not got it. Is this normal? I have the painter waiting for it. Does it normally take two weeks to ship a hood? Figured it would be here in 4-5 days so I told the painter to get started guess I should have waited.

Well that's not good. Maybe my money is down the drain. Or maybe it will show up one day. Who knows. That stinks.

No response since they got my money. Before I would send email and within 10 minutes a response. After they got paid nothing for almost two weeks. Paid on Feb 13th. Supposed to have shipped on the 19th.

Wow 5 minutes after I finished the forms it showed up. LOL No kidding. Guess I am one of the lucky ones after reading so much bad info on this guy after I already ordered. Some of the other forums really slammed him. Oh well his customer service is terrible but it did show up at least. Although it took way longer than he told me.
