 Post subject: coil over spring rate

i have an 81 Chevy Luv and am wanting to swap the torsion bars for a set of coil over's and have no idea how to know what spring rate i will need, if anyone on here has done this or knows how to find out what i will need i would greatly appreciate it. oh and i am still running the stock 4 cylinder,

Yer im looking at doing the same thing sorta hoping to fined a kit thats redy to go :)
