Hey guys, I just snagged me a Luv from texas. Im goinh pick it up next weekend. I was just wondering whats the best way to lower it and keep a half ass decent ride.. I assume flip kit in the back. But what does the front consist of? Spindle and springs, or torsion bars? I will be changing all the shocks right off the bat. I lowered my 07 silverado classic with spindle and spring and a flip kit, and it sits at about 5/8 and rides great. I want to go lower with the luv though. Steelies with baby moons & white walls, chop top with some gold flake. 50s style. Any advice will ve greatly appriciated! Thanks guys!

Small adjustment of the torsion bars up front (too far and you bottom everthing out) and lowering blocks in the back, if you do a flip kit on these trucks it raises it as the axle is already over the leaf springs.

You can reindex the torsion bars and retain some ride quality. Do a search for reindex on this site.
