I like the idea of having a bit fuller sound but I don't have any legroom to spare and I hate to part with any of the interior storage space the tiny cab of the LUV provides. So I browsed around and stumbled across this: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777B8PT/So ... d+Ordnance . Now at 120w it's not going to blow the doors off, but it fits under my stock bench seat with room to spare plus it's all self contained and simple to install. Just thought y'all might like to see another audio option. Now if only I can find a place to mount these 5 1/4"s without having to cut up my near mint door panels or vinyl covered kick panel trim.

I like that. When you find a good spot to mount the 5 1/4", let me know. I need a radio set up, but can't figure out a good way without cutting too much.

I'm thinking of putting an mdf panel under the driver's side dash near the hood release and pointing the speaker downwards, not the ideal setup but I like the idea of not seeing the speakers from any normal seating position. I don't know what to do on the passenger side since I have a/c. Maybe I'll mount it in the passageway from the evaporator to the vents...that's probably not the best idea.

I used to have the clarion version of that in a jeep. Sounded very good and i was surprised and the bass it would put out...
