Hey gents,

Was just wondering what years of Luv's will have interchangeable fenders, doors and bed with my 1972? There is a guy here locally that is selling a 76 Luv and wanted to make sure at least the doors and fenders would interchange before I started making offers. Going to look at it on Wednesday. Thanks.

72-80 will interchange.

They should interchange, but there are a couple differences you may or may not care about. 1972 had chrome inserts on the door handles that were one year only, some guys on here try to find 72 doors to put on for that reason. Also, the LUV emblem for 72 is a one year only I think. Maybe you can switch it over. Lastly I don't remember which years have vent windows or not, 72 does.

Tail lights are in a different position on the bed also

Front bumper brackets dont bolt up to the frame the same, dont ask me how I know.
